'Epoch'

What is time?

The slayed moments or the period of interval in-between happenings of life ? A distinctive period? The irretrievable entity or the most precious possession of man ?
For sure, its constantly moving forward without giving a stint to any intrinsic event, let it be natural or artistically orchestrated, around.

Images of days and months passing by are as fresh in my memory as the steaming brew of my morning indulgence in the finest porcelain. None had this confederacy of passing day into night and night into day, easy.

Life itself is an amalgamation of some good, some painful and many, most unforgettable moments that happen to just breeze by. Years have passed, lessons are learnt, experiences have been gained, things are sorted and done with, actions are taken, rules are mostly established, gestures are partly exchanged and all in their fullness had left deeper impacts.

Some helped in healing and some took away a part of a lost soul, some served as a dear treasure to a weary heart and some were better off buried in the darker, hidden parts of hurt. Of course living is but all these negotiations with the fractured moments of life, a dainty happiness with a faint smile from a stranger can just brighten up a moment and sometimes an unintended echo just serves as a toughie. Some of us ought to win and some just lose.

Nonetheless we are the most resilient of creations. The unbounded happenings and tragedies have shaped up a solid defense against any coming hardships in us. The troubles and difficulties have owned up the character building blocks of human nature. Faith has instilled such a beautiful strength that whenever the discipline gives up, efforts fail, empathy falters, humanity cries over being a weakling, problems take over , solid resolve steps in ...... we come out to be stronger than before.

Belief strengthens and all seem easy to handle with the mere presence of the Mighty one around, every little favor affirms the trust, materializes the gratitude and improves the guided paths, the destinations seem clearer and the hopes become firmer. As an outcome the confidence that bores at the interface of faith and tawakul just over rides every obstacle in the way of achieving any said/set goal.

When time will be considered as the ambit, a measure then its value will be felt and the reality of humans being born in time, living in time and dying in time  will make sense. Mercy will be exuberant in the ordinary and compassion will exist.

Tranquility transcends in the soul, responsibility takes charge, sunshine’s boost energies and limitless hidden potentials perk up with the want to be positive and giving. The goals for a better and brighter surroundings and the threshold of achievement enhances with stronger inner power and strength of faith. The abilities to excel, inspire, motivate and think beyond taboos prevail.

Above all, the godly attributes of peace, calmness and helping attitude will one day pronounce the humanity with optimism and constructive changes with instilled gist of happier, brighter and beautiful humans.

Every passing moment is an opportunity gone, used or wasted but never retrieved. The constant reminder of responsibility of the present and the fact that we will be accounted for our time spent ,guarantees a more productive and beneficial use in the defined path of the Almighty.

Time won't be a constraint than, but a beautiful gift to be rendered in the best of causes.

"Necrology Undesired"

Reading the news of "Connecticut Massacre" made me think of many issues, the tolerance between humans is on sharp decline. The flaws in system over controlled substances and arms are too many to be pointed and the general state of affair in international harmony is crossing the limits of every etiquette in the book of idiosyncrasy..

I am deeply saddened by this heinous crime. Let it be Muslim, Christian or Jewish kids............it was uncalled for and a blatant cry over the falling standards of humanity. The loved ones left behind have to live with this reality that this big part of their life is gone for them, for good by a shear stroke of misfortune. Many kids were sent on a journey not chosen, forever by an unfortunate event.

All communities are showing a lot of grief and sentiments. And comparisons of such happenings are going around, everyone in their opinion seems to be missing out on the point.......No one has the right to take a fellow human's life............The closures happen when you condemn , refrain to inflict any such assault on others and then follow up with steps to eliminate such future happenings.

Islam is a religion of peace and harmony with clear orders about such murderous situations as in Al-Qur’an 5:32, "If anyone slew an innocent person it would be as if he slew the whole mankind and if anyone saved a life it would be as if he saved the life of the whole mankind".

The importance of every human life is beyond anything in Islam and unjust killing is equated , with killing all of humanity. The coldness shown by few at the horrific killings of a certain nation or group ,just reflects the moronic nature of their being and nothing else. There is no good if kids are being killed in USA or by a drone attack in Pakistan. There isn't a civil, feeling normal heart that won't protest at an atrocity of any nature.........unless it has been dead cold and good for plumbing purposes only.

Quran condemns wrong doings and prohibits homicide or genocide in clear terms. Also the person/nation, responsible can be punished by running a proper and competent legal system where deeds will be put on trial to decide the fate of an individual or masses who took the right to life and peace of other human beings.

Islam enjoins upon all Muslims to work side by side to maintain the balance in which God created everything. The core message of Quran is 'Tolerance' and 'Peace'.

It's very easy to pin point others for anything that goes under our radar setting of acceptable but we all should think twice before doing so. The voice of truth has power. The arm of justice has strength . The will to take care of humanity as we would love to be taken care of has harmony and peace inbuilt in it.

We all believe in humanity and benefit of it not clamorous murdering of innocence. No human can be happier, giving and pure without putting their interest in the betterment of the world and without someone being nurtured and comforted by the God given attributes of kindness and graciousness.

There was and will always be conformity to the recognized standard of propriety, goodness, modesty and decency.

Be the best one can be and deliver the best regardless of race and religion.

"Doing good for a good done to you is simply repayment, whereas doing good for an evil done to you is a tremendous virtue."
Umar bin Al Khattab (RA)
